You do not need to be an AILA member to use the Career Center, but you will need to create an AILA.org account if you do not have one already. Log in to AILA.org and click on "Resources" from the top menu, then on Career Center from the drop-down menu.
Create an account as either a Job Seeker or as an Employer from within the Career Center to get started.
