Where can I report and track case issues and problematic trends in immigration law?

Using AILA's Trend Tracker and Case Liaison Assistance. Here's how to keep apprised of the daily issues that AILA’s government relations team monitors.

Trend Tracker

Log in to AILA.org and click on "Resources" from the top menu, and then on Legal Resources from the drop-down menu.

Scroll down and click on Learn More under "Trend Tracker"

Click the blue "View Trend Tracker" to navigate to the Trend Tracker, or scroll down the page for instructions on how to use the Trend Tracker, how to report issues and trends to AILA National, and more.

Individual Case Liaison Assistance

Before submitting a request for case liaison assistance, AILA members must request assistance from the CIS Ombudsman or their member of Congress. If those avenues prove ineffective, AILA can intervene in USCIS-related case inquiries where AILA has had a track record of success.

Log in to AILA.org and click on "Resources" from the top menu, and then on Legal Resources from the drop-down menu.

Scroll down and click on the box at the top-right of Case Liaison Assistance for examples of case inquiries appropriate for submission, examples of issues not appropriate for submission, resources for reporting case issues, and instructions on how to submit a Case Liaison Assistance Request.
