What benefits can I access on AILA.org?

AILA.org is designed to help you manage your membership, connect with other members, and stay informed with the latest developments in immigration law. Here's an overview of AILA.org.

Navigation

Log in to AILA.org and click the three horizontal lines at the top-right of the page to navigate to Resources for New Members, to other AILA sites, and more. 

 

The top navigation bar organizes many of your member benefits and resources. Log in to AILA.org and click each heading at the top to open a drop-down menu and review your options. From the AILA.org homepage, scroll down to review Recent Postings, What's New at AILA, Upcoming Events, Featured Resources, and more. 

 

Manage your membership

AILA.org is a member's hub for managing their own membership. Navigate to your My AILA page by logging in and clicking the welcome message at the top-right. Use your My AILA page to update your contact information, listserv settings, Sections, and communication settings. Customize what you see on the AILA.org homepage by clicking "My Customizations" and then choosing the 3 topics which most interest you. From your My AILA page, you can also manage your volunteer committee involvement, demographics information, research library, and more. 

 

Connect with other AILA members

Log in to AILA.org, click on "Connect and Get Involved" from the menu at the top, and then on Committees and Groups

 

From this page, you can meet our National Committees, connect with any of the 39 AILA Chapters, learn more about Practice Area Sections and Interest Groups or volunteer with AILA National on a committee or task force, and participate on AILA's Message Center

 

Stay informed

Keep up to date with the latest developments in immigration law by visiting AILA's Recent Postings. Log in to AILA.org and click on View All at the top-right of Recent Postings on the homepage. 

 

Keep your skills sharp with AILA's Online Courses, Web Seminars, Video Roundtables, Tutorials, and more. Log in to AILA.org and click on Events and Training from the top navigation menu to review your options. 

 

Ensure you remain current with AILA's research tools. Log in to AILA.org and click on Research Tools from the top navigation menu. From here, navigate to AILA's Research Library to access primary-source documents, significant court decisions, and news from every government agency involved in immigration law and policy. Click on Books and Publications to review our expert immigration references, AILALink to see the discounts members enjoy on subscribing to this online immigration law library, or Fastcase to learn about this comprehensive legal research system containing a database of federal case law and BIA, AG, and AAO precedent decisions, a free member benefit. My Research contains your most recent searches on AILA.org, as well as your saved searches.
