Why can’t I enter a CLE code for a session?

Credit for the session may already have been recorded, or the site may be down temporarily. Here's how to ensure that all of your CLE credits have been reported.

You can only enter a CLE code for a session once, regardless of how you attended. For example, if you've already entered a CLE code for a live Conference attendance, you will not be able to enter a CLE code for Ondemand Conference attendance for that conference later. 

For AILA Conference CLE credits, log in to webCLE, click on My Events and check both Conferences and Ondemand Conferences to see if you've already reported the credits for that conference. 

 

For AILA Seminar CLE credits, log in to webCLE, click on My Events and check both Seminars and Ondemand to see if you've already reported the credits for that seminar.
