I need to switch my in-person registration to webcast attendance or vice versa
AILA cannot switch your registration from in-person attendance to webcast or vice versa. However, you may be able to obtain a refund of your registration. To request a refund, email Shop@AILA.org.
Deadlines and fees may apply depending on the conference. To reference the conference's Cancellation Policy, navigate to the conference in AILA Shop's In Person Conferences Page and click on "Cancellation Policy" near the bottom of the page for that conference.
In case of medical emergencies, email a doctor's note to Shop@AILA.org to refund your registration without an additional fee.
I want to transfer my registration to another person
All AILA conference registrations are restricted to the named registrant and are non-transferable. If you wish for someone else to attend a conference in your place, the other person will need to purchase registration on their own account. If you will not be attending, please reference the conference's Cancellation Policy as detailed above.
I can't attend in-person but I'd still like to attend virtually
If you've purchased in-person registration to an AILA conference and cannot attend it in person, your purchase automatically includes webcast attendance and access to recordings of the conference.
