First, make sure you see a welcome message at the top of the screen which confirms you are logged into your account. If you see different prices for the same item, check the item description for differences such as "In-Person" attendance or "Virtual Webcast" registration.
As long as you are logged into your account, AILA Shop will give you the correct price for your membership type and status. If you'd like to check pricing for all membership types, click on "Registration" on the bottom menu.
