The requirements to be listed on AILALawyer.com include the following:
- You must be an approved AILA Member for at least 2 years.
- You must carry professional liability insurance with a minimum of $100,000 in coverage.
- You must have completed at least 9 hours of CLE classes within the last year.
- You must be licensed and in good standing with a state bar.
If you qualify, register through your MyAILA page. Log in to AILA.org, click on the welcome message at the top-right to open your MyAILA page, scroll down to "Find an Immigration Lawyer" and click on Register. Follow the prompts to complete your registration.
