NOTE
Never share your login credentials with anyone you do not trust.
AILA Staff will NEVER ask you for your login credentials.
If you are an AILA member, or have ever been one in the past, your Username is your AILA Member Number.
If you have never been an AILA member but you have created an account, your Username is the email address we have on file for your account.
To log in to AILA.org, click Log In near the top-right corner, enter your Username and password, and click "Log In."
If your login attempt was not successful, a red error message informing you of the failed attempt will appear at the top of the page. First, check your password for accuracy. Note that all AILA account passwords:
- Include both letters and numbers
- Include at least one special character
- Are at least 8 characters long
- Include at least one capitalized and uncapitalized character
If further attempts remain unsuccessful, click Forgot Username/Password? near the bottom of the log in window.
Enter the email address associated with your account and click "Submit." An email with further instructions will be sent to you automatically.
If the situation remains unresolved, contact Membership@AILA.org for further assistance. You may be asked to provide additional information to verify your identity before receiving assistance logging in to your account.
