In an online course, I finished watching a video but it doesn’t show up as completed. How can I fix this?

There are common reasons why this can occur. Here's what to do if a video in an online course won't mark as complete.

You can’t watch the videos on increased speed (I.e., 1.25x, 1.5x, 2x speed). Click the gear icon on the toolbar of the video and ensure the Speed is set to Normal. This is required for CLE accreditation for online courses. 

 

You may need to refresh the course contents page to see the video marked as complete.
