I want to register for an AILA roundtable, but it says it’s closed for registration. What do I do?

First, there are some common reasons why registration for an AILA roundtable may be marked as closed. Here's what to look for first. 

Already registered?

First, check if you're already registered, as AILA Shop will not allow duplicate registrations. Log in to our eLearning site and navigate to your eLearning Dashboard to view all your purchased or registered items.

 

Are you logged into your own account?

Make sure you're logged into your own account by checking the name at the top of the page of AILA Shop or our eLearning site. If it's not your name, log in to the site using your account credentials. 

 

Are you an AILA Law Student Member or an AILA Affiliated Paralegal (AAP)?

Live attendance to AILA roundtables are only open to AILA members, not including law students or AAP's, with some exceptions. 

 

The roundtable may be sold out

There are rare cases where roundtable events will sell out. If this is the case, you'll find an alert at the top of the product page on AILA Shop notifying you of its status. Typically, registration for the recording will open after the live event is over.
