A seminar recording mentions needing to register the CLE credits through AILA within one week of the seminar. Can't I just post it directly with my state bar’s website?
It's best to record CLE credits through AILA's CLE platform, WebCLE. Here's how to record CLE credits from seminar recordings.
First, please register for the “CLE Included” option if you plan to request CLE credits for a seminar recording. Second, we strongly suggest you record the four-digit CLE code to report your credit with AILA through your webCLE account on AILAwebCLE.org. Doing so will generate a certificate of attendance that can be referenced when you log your credit with your state, and if you are audited by your state and they reach out to us we can confirm you attended.
