Make sure you are registered for the paid “Live” event and not the “Recording.” You can review your purchase of the event in your Order History. Log in to AILA Shop and click on the symbol of a person near the top-right of the page.
This will open your Order History. Find the item you've ordered and click on "Order Details."
Note whether the product was a recording in the item description.
If you inadvertently registered for the free recording, you may still purchase the live event. Return to the event in AILA Shop and purchase live event attendance. Otherwise, the recording will be made available two weeks after the airing of the live event.
